About Helene

For many years, my life looked successful on paper. I was a lawyer in Paris and Washington, later working in communications at the European Commission in Brussels, exploring different professional paths in the United States, and supporting artists as a freelancer.

From the outside, everything looked fine. But deep down, something wasn’t quite right. I simply had the feeling that there was more waiting for me, and I felt frustrated that I couldn’t move forward the way I wanted. But I ignored those feelings and carried on.

Until life woke me up.

I still remember that moment as if it were yesterday. I had just been told that my life might be at risk, and suddenly one thought came to me with overwhelming force, like a bolt of lightning: ”You cannot die now. You haven’t really lived. It cannot end like this.”

That moment changed everything.

A flame had been lit inside me, and for the first time I truly heard that inner voice. It kept repeating “Trust yourself. It’s not too late. It has to be now.”

For the first time I stopped pushing those feelings away, asked for help, and began the inner work I had avoided for years.

I knew there was something more waiting for me…

Looking back, I can also see a thread that had been consistently present throughout my life. I have always loved helping people. Whether as a lawyer, communicator, mentor, friend or freelancer, I was constantly encouraging people, supporting them, helping them move forward, and recognising possibilities they sometimes couldn’t see for themselves.

For years, I didn’t realise how important that was. It took me a long time to understand that this wasn’t simply something I enjoyed - it was part of who I am.

Discovering RTT and transformational coaching gave me the tools and framework to bring all those pieces together.

Today, I help women release what is holding them back so they can move toward what truly matters to them, express themselves more fully, become more visible, and take their place.

I know that what matters most is not simply reaching a goal. What is most important is knowing that every day you keep moving toward what truly matters to you. And whatever tomorrow brings, you will know you did everything you could to live the life that felt true to you.
